it has been an especially warm welcome back this week.  Our efforts in working over the weekend to complete the required Covid testing regime, has allowed a full week of uninterrupted learning to take place.  Given the various disruptions over the past 18 months, we wanted to provide the boys with the focussed educational experience they deserve.  The attitudes on display from the boys has been first class.  Our new Y7 cohort have settled in remarkably well, which is linked to the highly successful summer school we had in August.

The messages in assemblies this week to the boys, have been built around our 3Rs message.  We expect them to embrace the need to be Ready, Respectful and Responsible.  I have every confidence they will respond in the way that generations past have, adding to our history and enhancing further our reputation stretching back to 1927.  Our aspirations for our young men remain as high as ever, their ambitions to Aim High at all times remain at the heart of what we do.

The atmosphere around school has been really positive this week, Witnessing the smiles as friendships and connections are formed or re-established, generates a sense of well being that is the perfect end to a busy week.
