Earlier this week, some of our Year 8 German students paid a visit to the Manchester Christmas Markets. Lots of fun was had whilst sampling Germanic food and practicing their German with the stall owners... tying in nicely with their German lessons in which they are currently studying food

Santa's helpers have been very busy today, they've been making an important delivery on the West Hill sleigh All month we've been collecting for the local food bank, and what a fantastic effort!! Prefect reward day! Donuts and hot Vimto were on offer to our prefects just before breaktime today as an end of term thank you for their contribution to school. In January, they also have a trip to Parliament to look forward to

This young man was on the Pantomime trip yesterday when the Headteacher's Recognition Rewards were taking place... "oh yes he was!" So, since he gained the highest number of achievement points out of the whole school last week, he received his praise with Ms Cronin today instead... both showing off their languages skills by having a little exchange in Spanish, and also Polish! Well done on a fantastic way to end 2024!

Our final Headteacher's Recognition Reward recipients of 2024! It isn't an easy task to finish any given week with the highest number of achievement points in their year group but all of our HRR recipients since September have done just that... and rightly deserve some recognition for it. A huge well done! We start all over again in January

We're not asking for a donation, however if you wish to make a fund-raising contribution, a suggested £1 donation can be made on the School Gateway from this Monday.
