The Science department took a group of Year 10 students down to Stepan Chemical refinery on Friday to take part in a Workplace Safari They had the opportunity for a tour of the site and working laboratory as well as meeting a variety of employees to hear about their journey into their chosen profession. This is our third visit to Stepan and we look forward to many more!

Yesterday, a group of Year 10 students visited the North Stand Expansion Project at the Etihad Campus. John Sisk & Son Ltd, the construction company delivering the project, provided students with a behind the scenes visit to showcase the fantastic range of careers available in the UK construction industry Students received a presentation about the project, observed the live construction site and discussed the project and careers in construction with employees. Many thanks to John Sisk & Son staff and Open Build for the opportunity.
