Dates during the year when facilities are to be unavailable due to school usage or closure will be given, where possible, at the beginning of the school year in September. The Hirer:

1. Confirms appropriate insurance is in place for the activity to be carried out.


2. Confirms arrangements are in place with reference to first aid.


3. Undertakes to comply with the regulations for use of own electrical equipment.
