Our Partners

  • At West Hill School we embrace several opportunities to support all our staff at all career stages.  Those new to teaching are supported through initial teacher training by our partnerships with Manchester University and Manchester Metropolitan University. Additionally, we host school centred initial teacher training (SCITT) with Manchester Nexus.
  • To support continuing professional development for all of our teaching staff, we are part of the Tameside Teaching and Learning Hub and offer opportunities through Best Practice Network.

Teachers at West Hill School are extremely helpful and thoughtful. They always make sure you are comfortable with the work you are doing and will assist you if you struggle. They are also very kind and are happy to talk with you about anything.
